CuroPark CuroZapp CuroVMS and CuroNext
Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd.
Version 1.5 | Updated 15 October 2026
Effective date: 1 October 2026
These Terms are issued by Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd. (Pentaminds, we, us or our). They cover authorised use of CuroPark for parking management, CuroZapp (CuroVMS) for visitor and access management, and CuroNext for society management, including the associated portals and applications.
Radius Infotech (P) Ltd. supplies and supports solutions under customer arrangements. Pentaminds Technologies (P) Ltd., a group/sister concern associated with Radius, develops and hosts the platforms, administers databases and provides authorised production support. The two companies are separate legal entities. In these Terms, Facility Organisation means the developer, facility manager, employer or society responsible for the relevant operational activity in your deployment.
For commercial buildings, the property developer engages the service arrangement and commonly appoints a facility management company to operate the building. Orders and payments are usually routed through that facility management company. Tenant companies have tenancy arrangements with the developer; Radius and Pentaminds do not ordinarily have direct commercial service contracts with those tenants. The actual order and authorised customer instructions govern each deployment.
For society deployments, the relevant society/customer arrangement governs service provision. User acceptance of these Terms governs authorised platform use; it does not create a tenancy, maintenance-services contract, direct enterprise subscription or Data Processing Agreement with a tenant, employee, resident or visitor.
These Terms do not replace the applicable enterprise contract or change the existing contracting chain. Any proposed direct processing agreement with an end tenant must be handled through the authorised contracting parties, including the facility management company where applicable.
Read these Terms before affirmatively accepting them. If you do not agree, contact the relevant building or society administrator about available arrangements before proceeding with digital registration. Acceptance is personal to the user and does not bind their employer or society to new commercial obligations.
The Privacy Policy describes information handled through the three products. Terms acceptance, privacy acknowledgement and any required consent are separate. OTP verification alone is not consent. Mandatory legal rights and each party’s applicable duties remain unaffected.
We create the initial building or society administrator account and hand over its credentials to the nominated administrator. The customer is responsible for nominating an authorised recipient. Initial credentials must be transferred securely and changed on handover; each user must protect their own credentials.
In commercial buildings, the building administrator creates company accounts. Company administrators arrange employee data entry, issue employee login credentials for mobile-app access, and manage employee onboarding and offboarding. They must keep records accurate and revoke access promptly when employment, authorisation or the relevant need ends.
In CuroNext, the society administrator creates other administrators and operators with permissions appropriate to their roles, creates flat records and enters residents’ basic details. Flat owners manage the remaining details available to them. Building or facility administrators maintain records of security personnel, service staff and annual maintenance contract (AMC) vendors.
Administrators must act within their authority, assign only necessary access, review permissions, and avoid exposing records across unrelated companies, flats or roles. Flat owners and other users must provide accurate information and have appropriate authority when entering another person’s information. An administrator or owner entering a record does not by itself establish the affected person’s consent.
Routine operational records are entered and maintained by customer-appointed administrators, tenant companies, authorised operators and users. Radius and Pentaminds do not ordinarily originate or manually enter those records. They may assist with data entry or imports on an authorised customer request. Hosting, storage, retrieval, automated collection and support still involve processing; the absence of routine manual data entry does not remove applicable contractual or legal responsibilities.
Customer operational instructions for data entry, imports, bulk corrections, exports or deletions must come through an authorised customer contact and specify the scope and source. This requirement does not restrict an individual’s right to contact us directly about their own information, including access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal or a grievance, using the routes in the Privacy Policy. We will verify and coordinate such requests with the responsible organisation where required. Customer administrators remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of supplied records, relevant notices and any required consent. We remain responsible for our own processing, security and adherence to authorised instructions; customer responsibility does not excuse our own breach.
The relevant responsible organisation must explain its processing purposes and provide the applicable notices and lawful basis. Onboarding and offboarding administration does not determine the final legal allocation of privacy responsibilities. Offboarding stops access; retention or deletion follows the applicable approved schedule and law.
Users must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these Terms independently. Child and lawful-guardian use must follow the applicable approved process. Do not share passwords, OTPs, RFID credentials or access passes; report suspected misuse promptly.
CuroPark supports configured parking enrolment, vehicle identification, parking authorisation and vehicle entry/exit records. A digital authorisation does not guarantee a space, unrestricted entry or availability of any particular parking facility.
CuroZapp/CuroVMS supports configured visitor registration, host coordination and entry/exit management. An invitation, registration or digital pass does not guarantee admission. The Facility Organisation makes physical access and security decisions and communicates its site rules.
CuroNext supports society administration through society, flat, resident, staff and vendor records and role-based access. The society and authorised administrators make operational decisions and manage user permissions. Platform records do not independently establish property title, tenancy rights, employment status or vendor approval.
The Services support facility operations; they are not an emergency response service, insurance policy or guarantee against theft, injury or security incidents. Follow on-site safety instructions and contact site security or emergency services when needed. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law places on Pentaminds.
We permit you to use the Services for the authorised parking, visitor, access or society-management purpose made available to you. This permission is limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable and lasts while your access remains authorised.
Administrators and security personnel must use only their assigned permissions, follow authorised instructions and keep records confidential. These Terms do not authorise additional surveillance or collection beyond the deployment’s approved purpose and notice.
Software, interfaces, documentation and branding are protected by the rights of their respective owners and licensors. No ownership rights transfer to you. Do not reproduce or redistribute the Services except as permitted by these Terms, a separate agreement or applicable law.
Submitting information does not transfer ownership of it or waive anyone’s privacy rights. Pentaminds may handle submitted information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure and support the Services, follow authorised processing instructions and comply with applicable law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Parking fees, site charges and any payment or refund conditions must be disclosed by the party charging them before you confirm a transaction. These Terms do not create an undisclosed fee or identify Pentaminds as the parking operator or merchant. Any separate payment or communications provider’s terms apply only to that provider’s service and cannot remove your mandatory rights.
Access may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, power, hardware or third-party service failures. We use reasonable efforts to maintain the Services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Facility Organisation is responsible for communicating any on-site fallback procedure. Enterprise service-level commitments are governed by the relevant service agreement.
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, withdrawal of the Facility Organisation’s authorisation or termination of the applicable service arrangement. Where practicable, affected users will receive an explanation and a route to seek assistance; urgent protective action may occur first.
You may stop using the Services and ask the Facility Organisation to deactivate your access. Deactivation does not automatically erase records that remain necessary or must legally be retained. Requests for deletion and consent withdrawal are handled under the Privacy Policy.
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and omissions as required by applicable law. Pentaminds does not assume the Facility Organisation’s responsibility for operating the premises, deciding entry, charging parking fees or safeguarding property merely because it provides the software.
To the extent permitted by law, Pentaminds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. This limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of statutory data-protection duties or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available. No enterprise limitation of liability is imposed on an individual user merely by reference to an agreement they have not accepted.
We will publish the current version and its effective date at the https://pentaminds.com website under ‘CuroPark CuroZapp and CuroNext Terms of Use’. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention through an appropriate notice before they take effect, except where immediate change is required by law or to address an urgent security issue. Where renewed acceptance is needed, we will request it. Updated Terms will not retrospectively authorise new personal-data uses.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Please first contact us or the Facility Organisation to help resolve a concern. Courts and statutory forums having jurisdiction under applicable law remain available, including any competent consumer or data-protection authority. No mandatory right or remedy is waived by these Terms.
